Experienced Mine Site Administrator

Job Description

DGH Engineering have an opportunity for an Experienced Mine Site Administrator to support our site project team. 

Key role responsibilities will include the following:

  • Provide administrative support to the site project team.
  • Responsible for accurately and promptly maintaining and updating all client and DGH associated documentation.
  • Ensure that all documents and information are uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Update registers as required.
  • Be prepared to rearrange priorities as per internal and external customer demands.
  • Familiarity and experience with training and competency management systems is preferred
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Generate, coordinate and distribute project documentation as required
  • Data validation and reporting
  • Utilising QAQC system for management of contractor non-conformances and failures, tracking actions close out
  • WHS specific KPI’s are met and reported on as required by the Contract
  • Assist with the on boarding of new starters and visitors to the project
  • Perform other related administrative tasks and duties as required/instructed.
  • Roster: Monday to Friday onsite

Experience / Qualifications


  • Standard 11
  • Coalboard Medical
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and Word)
  • Glencore Generic Induction advantageous

  • Experience in mine site administration and maintenance duties highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent time management skills to handle tight and pressured deadlines
  • Team player, yet able to work autonomously
