About the Role 

Working as part of a team of Executive Coordinators (Administrators), you will provide executive high level stakeholder support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member. Functions include coordination, interpretation, preparation and response to the needs of the Executive, including preparation of documentation and representing the relevant office. The position is required to deal with confidential information and is required to recognise the priority dealings of such matters. Your accountabilities will
include, but not limited to: 

 

  • Due to the diverse nature of individual Department’s portfolios, the role is expected to understand the business objectives for the relevant broad and diverse individual teams; 
  • This role is entrusted and relied upon by the Executive to know when to escalate issues for their attention; 
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, professionalism and confidentiality at all times that relate to relevant department and whole of business strategies; 
  • Provide high level organisational support and advisory services ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of work performed; 
  • The position provides pro-active support which includes, but is not limited to: 

o Analysis and manipulation of data for various reports up to Board level. 

o Continuous improvement of business processes and performance through the identification of value-adding
opportunities. 

o Project work as delegated. 

About the Person 

We are seeking a professional, executive support level business partner with comprehensive and proven experience in a comparable role. You will be regarded as a confidante of the Executive and apply the appropriate governance with regard to separation of duties. You will have an authentic style in role modelling the GPC values and living the Code of Conduct.
