Role Overview:
As the Enrolments Officer at St Brendan's College, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of enrolment policies, electronic systems and databases that support the enrolment process. This will include providing administration support to coordinate student applications, enrolments and withdrawal processes, providing information on enrolment procedures including responding to enrolment enquiries and liaison with prospective families.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provide administrative and data management in support of student enrolment processes.
- Organise and maintain an accurate admission process, including data entry, collation of information and ongoing data management.
- Organise activities from the initial enquiry to the new student transition process – supporting school Discovery Day, Sunset Tours, Orientation Day & Induction Days.
- Coordinate and prepare promotional visits to Country and regional shows including booking accommodation, vehicles & site bookings and ensuring all resources are provided to staff in attendance.
- Maintaining statistical data to inform key College leaders.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to problem solve in a proactive, professional manner.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient use in TASS school system, highly desirable.
- Prioritise and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Uphold strict discretion, confidentiality and judgement when handling sensitive enrolment information.
