Carinity - Summit Cottages is looking for Enrolled Nurses to join the team. You will provide clinical care and assessments to Carinity Home Care clients. Your approach to care is holistic taking in account the physical, social and spiritual needs of the client and adopting a problem-solving approach for the planning, delivery and evaluation of care provided.
We provide services across Queensland including the Brisbane South, Logan and Gold Coast regions. Our ideal candidate will provide services across three regions. However, we welcome applications from any candidates interested in working jointly across the Brisbane South and Logan regions, or the Logan and Gold Coast regions.
What do I need in this role?
- Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged Care
- Understanding of and ability to manage computer documentation systems and ACFI systems for data entry of information e.g. progress notes
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation and Audit processes
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or current Police Check Certificate issued before the 1 February 2021
- Current Flu and up to date Covid-19 Vaccinations
