C&K Marian Community Kindergarten opened in July 2012. We are a two unit kindergarten catering to 88 children. Community spirit is important to us at C&K Marian Community Kindergarten. We foster our strong ties to the local community by encouraging parent involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten.

A wonderful opportunity has come available for an experienced Early Childhood Professional to join the Centre as the Teacher. As the Teacher you will be a part of a Centre which is proud to be a part of the community. 

You will be working on a permanent full-time of 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for an educator who can be flexible, and work shifts between the hours of 7.30-3.00pm.

You will need to hold:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) OR Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level qualification or enrolled and studying toward
  • Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards ("NQF" and "NQS"), the Early Years Learning Framework ("EYLF")
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card 
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
