About the role

We are searching for a Coordinator - Maintenance Master Data to join our Queensland Master Data team on a fixed-term contract basis for 15 months. Reporting to Senior Engineer – Reliability. The incumbent can work from our offices in either Brisbane or Gladstone.

The successful candidate will be accountable for preparing and processing MDR (Master Data Request) for new and modified assets into the Manufacturing Centre’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Document Management System (DMS) to assure Operational Readiness of new/changed assets on behalf of the project/modification owner.

What you will be doing

•    Ensure that safety, health, and environmental procedures are adhered to by all members of the team members operating from the same office location.
•    Act as mentor to other colleagues, specifically integrity & reliability engineers and coordinators, team members in planning and maintenance teams and coordinators and engineers in the project office team.
•    Weekly update tracking parameters for MDR preparation and delivery.
•    Issue, monitor and promote timely collection of approvals for on-site approval cycle – engineering, safety, purchasing, cost – and final approval submission.
•    Routine engagement with Global Master Data Organisation (MDO) office to ensure adherence to Governance and to identify, improve and resolve data processing issues. 
•    Contribute to development of CM local procedures and methods to improve participation and efficiency of the MDR preparation, approval, submission, and completion process.
•    Master Data Officer will be skilled in the technical data requirements for SAP CMMS relating to Asset Management processes.

What you will bring

•    Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with SAP Asset Management processes and systems.
•    Skilled in the technical data requirements for SAP CMMS relating to Asset Management processes 
•    Proven experience to learn and use new software-based systems.
     o    SAP 4S Hana and Fiori 
     o    LSMW transactional knowledge is beneficial
     o    Interpretation of technical drawings and P&ID’s
•    An ability to work with several different site teams in a cooperative manner.
•    Ability to articulate work issues accurately and identify related effects and causes. 
•    Possess unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values, and solid character.
