$102,883 p/a + superannuation

Salary sacrifice up to $611 per fortnight + $100 for meals & entertainment.

Full-time - Fixed-Term Position

About the role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Foster and Kinship Care Coordinator to join our team in Gladstone. Our Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the Gladstone Foster, Kinship and Intensive Foster Care Programs. They will provide leadership and direction for strong service delivery and be responsible for ensuring children’s placements are of high quality and that all licensing requirements and standards of care are met.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social or Behavioral Sciences, Social Work or Psychology (or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education, training and/ or a minimum of 5-years relevant experience
  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check Positive Notice or Exemption)
  • Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (Disability Services Positive Notice or Exemption Notice)
