- Highly skilled in communication both written & verbal and have the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
- Keen to demonstrate your group facilitation skills
- Able to work across the Capricorn Region.
About you - do you have?
- MANDATORY relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Cert III in Community Services or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the community services sector
- An understanding of client-centred practice with demonstrated ability and experience interacting and supporting diverse client groups in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner.
