  • Xero & SimPRO system management skills
  • Strong organisational skills

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Complete high quality administrative and clerical tasks
  • Data importing into software database
  • Email and diary management
  • Office management e.g. equipment and supplies
  • Effective communication throughout the team
  • Prepare reports, documentation and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
