A little bit about the role
We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Branch Manager to lead our Rockhampton Branch. As the Branch Manager you will;
-Use your networks, leadership capabilities and your strong business development skills to strategically partner with the local community, driving activities that will achieve growth for your retail business.
-Have proven success in a sales leadership position coupled with strong people management skills
-Be experienced in branch operations, risk management, performance management, coaching and development to achieve real commercial results.
-Utilise expertise exclusively gained from your previous experience working in a financial institution where you had responsibility for lending and leadership of a team.
-Demonstrate a successful track record of driving sales and building business performance in a highly competitive environment is vital.
