The Role:

We are searching for a passionate, driven and knowledgeable sales leader with experience in a retail environment who is ready to take the next step in their career and can drive the growth of this store.

As the 'face' of our store you will be the benchmark for your team in providing exceptional customer service. You will drive sales and merchandising standards, as well as support the Store Manager in nurturing, coaching and leading a team who delivers the goods.

This is an opportunity to utilise your current leadership, management skills and experience to assist expanding the **** store to new heights.

Does this sound like you?

Proven experience in retail sales and people management
Exceptional sales skills - ability to exceed KPI/Targets
Demonstrated experience (or passion to learn) in training and coaching a sales team
Knowledge of trade/industrial tools
A passion to provide exceptional customer service
Strong computer literacy
Experience using Pronto is preferred, but not essential.
