About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include;

Customer Service Officer – Call Centre  
  • Dealing with clients over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments in a timely manner
  • Able and willing to learn on the job
  • Handling all enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Working under pressure within a busy Call Centre
  • Following up with excellent administration support skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic   
The Skills You Bring 

Your suitability for the role will be assessed by the following;
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service position
  • Happy to handle a high volume of internal and external calls
  • High level administration skills, including excellent data entry
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to communicate with a range of personalities internally and externally
  • Possess flexible personality and strong work ethic
  • Be a team player and able to work autonomously and methodically
  • Possess excellent recent references from a similar role
  • Able and willing to undertake a criminal history check
