About the Role:
Budget Car Hire are searching for an Administration superstar to join our fantastic office team in Gladstone.
Are you a skilled and experienced Administrator looking for a change of environment or a new challenge?
This position is full-time but offers a 4 day working week. Your working hours will be 7am to 5pm Mon, Tu, Wed & Fri, with an RDO every Thursday!
The Role
- A wide range of administrative responsibilities
- Accurately providing quotations to consumers & commercial customers
- Communicating with customers via email &and telephone
- Working with spreadsheets and reporting

- Solid administrative experience
- Good with numbers and able to put together quotes accurately
- Can-do attitude and you enjoy being part of a team
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- An ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
*Applicants must have a Current Australian driving licence and own transport
