‼ We're Hiring ‼

We’re seeking an experienced full time administrative assistant to join our Team. 


About the Role: –

◼️ General administration tasks 

◼️ Basic recruitment tasks – creating job adverts, screening and onboarding new employees

◼️ Assisting with creating rosters, booking accommodation and staff communications

◼️ Assisting with coordinating training for staff

◼️ Creating purchase requests for PPE, Training etc

◼️ Reviewing & updating the Training reports weekly in Accentis (including chasing staff to update expiring SOAs, S11, CBM, DL & HRWL etc)

◼️ Screening and onboarding new employees 

◼️ Booking in D&A tests, Medicals, Staff training etc

To be suitable for this role:

◼️ Administrative Experience

◼️ Good communication skills

◼️ Prior experience in a mining firm – desirable but not essential

◼️ knowledge with excel & word.

◼️ keen willingness to learn and grow
