Due to successful business growth, C2C Mine Maintenance is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our mechanical workshop in Paget. This position is on a part-time basis and may increase to a full-time position in the future.
This position will see you supporting a small management team with day-to-day administration tasks including compliance, documentation and reception duties.
Your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Direct Customer Service
- Data entry
- Maintain compliance & service registers
- Parts & stock ordering/stock management
- Book incoming jobs via ‘Mechanic Desk’
- General administration tasks
To be for successful for this job you will:
- Be proficient in Excel & Word
- Possess strong computer & administration skills or ability to rapidly acquire such skills
- Have previous workshop &/or office admin experience
- Be organised, proactive & manage time efficiently
- Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payroll experience (advantageous)
