About the role
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible in providing high level advice and quality administrative support to areas of their operations. In addition, your key duties are as follow:
- Manage databases and product systems to deliver quality customer service
- Undertake financial activities including receipting, reconciling and banking of daily collections, purchasing, and accounts processing
- Liaise with contractors regarding site maintenance and services
- Support the procurement of office supplies, asset stocktaking, and managing fleet vehicles
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven administration support and customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- "C" Class Driver's license holder
- Willingness to travel across other centers and undertake regular banking
- Ability to manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships
Benefits

- $68,414 per annum plus super
- Full-time hours, Monday-Friday
