BRW Transport & Quarries Pty Ltd is a family owned business located just outside of Walkerston. We specialise in providing Transportation and Quarry Materials to Mackay and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Time Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a diverse and highly responsible role, requiring a special person who has the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.


Your role (including but not limited to):

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Managing incoming email correspondence 
  • Assist the team with general daily administration tasks
  • Manage Stock - ordering stationary & PPE
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Filing
  • General office cleaning
