Administration Assistant (Business Traineeship)

The Position

You will have an opportunity to study for a Certificate III in Business while completing a range of tasks, including:-


collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing mail;
delivering documents to Court, financial institutions, government offices and more;
arranging catering and meeting room setup;
general housekeeping;
ordering stationery and office supplies;
attending to clients' needs by providing cover for our busy reception and switchboard;
assisting Legal Secretaries with filing and photocopying;
other administrative tasks as required.

The Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated person to work in our fast paced Administration Assistant role.  The successful applicant will possess the following:-


above average literacy and numeracy skills;
a "can do" attitude;
a great customer service ethic;
a mature and confident manner;
the ability to work independently to strict time frames; and
a friendly and helpful nature.
Recent school leavers with an interest in law or business are encouraged to apply.
